A good friend of mine is a huge Dr. Who fan. I drew and painted this for her on her birthday. I hope all the Dr. Who fans enjoy this! I based it after the 10th doctor and Rose. -_^ I had fun with it! I can't say I watch the series, but the 11th Doctor did pique my interest a bit!
